- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that I will adapt to their budget and I will always be at their service, always spy on them sincerely regarding the price and quality of the paint so that they know what I am going to use and so we are on the same page.. I also always ask them if the property will be for rent or is theirs and I always put myself to order and the budget that they have available always recommending the best options
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have worked with many clients and I will always continue working for any client for me, all clients have the same value and all dealings will always have good communication and responsibility from Paint Renovations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For me, the client can ask me for anyone, I will always be at their service and understand them easily to do a good job, I always adapt to the client's need and budget because my idea is to help them to be satisfied, and I have 7 years of experience in customer service before I had similar jobs and I know how to adapt to the clients' needs
