What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're competitively priced and we deliver quality, top notch service. We provide extra services at additional cost such as Window Cleanings: Additional $6 per window. Refrigerator Cleaning: $25. Oven Cleaning: $25. Pet Cleaning is additional.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to understand our clients' needs so we encourage clients to give us the opportunity to discuss their needs with them and or possibly do a walk through of the property so all their needs can be addressed and taken care of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Business Management and I've managed alot of IT projects; which gives me the edge in relating well to my customers, addressing and meeting their needs.
