Ezekiel replied quickly and arrived same day as the initial inquiry was posted. Found Ezekiel professional, understanding, and down to earth as he tackled the ac system issue. I have had other ac pros repair the system, however Ezekiel went above and beyond to complete the job. I highly recommend and will continue to use for ac needs. Awesome job

Ezekiel was a life-saver. Our main level Heatpump Air Handler started to leak and ice up, we had no idea what to do. We found "Stay Cool Heating & Cooling" on Thumbtack. Ezekiel was able to come out the same day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly, did not try to upsell us on anything else, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Ezekiel responded same day to repair a backdrafting issue cited on my house inspection report. Previous tech had to reschedule. He took the time to explain the problem and the remedy. On a deadline to sell house, so I was very appreciative for the same day response and repair. I could have used someone else for less, but didn’t mind paying his fee at the end.
