FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type and complexity of the assignment. There are no set prices for an appraisal assignment and when buying home, that'll be dependent on the home sellers and the market.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with customers it is important to have open and clear communication. We use voice, email or text to communicate the details related to the job. Once we have a clear understanding of what we are being hired for, we set a convenient time to come out to inspect the property for condition and gather pertinent information required to prepare a detailed report for the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 years as an Appraiser and 18 years as a REALTOR/Agent in which I have completed a minimum of 14 hours of Continuing Education over that time period. I also have a Masters in Business Administration, which gives me an added advantage to help individuals and businesses make sound business decisions. In my experience, I have worked in conjunction with agencies charged with ensuring banks and financial institutions uphold sound business practices as it relates to home loans and honest lending practices.
