- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to walk through the process and procedures procedure of completing the task at hand. Tell them why and how something works so that there now capable of recognizing something the signs of a potential problem in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 combined years experience in the skilled trades industry. Start roofing houses at 13. After coming home from my second tour with the United States Army I attended ATI there I studied and received my BA, and was certified with OSHA and the nncer as an HVAC technician. After a few years went to work with my brother doing commercial framing and drywall. and after just 2 years I was recognized as a drywall mechanic and a gentleman framer. I became the on site forman on most jobs with that company. I later went back to scywith Lee college out of Baytown Texas, the here I studied to become an electrical engineer, I was able to obtain a job as an apprentice electric with Styles electric, it was there i realized I didn't want to be an engineer but in the field as an electrician. was through there that I've tamed my German electrician's license and started studying for my masters. I acquired experiencing skills in other fields of construction through opportunity and hardwork over the years.
