- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get in touch with the client either via email, phone or in person to go further with details. I like to have a sense of what he or she is looking for. Communication is key and helps the session to go smoother. Once everything is good to go, client and photographer will sign a contract. There is a required non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the session and remaining balance is due prior to session.

I am member of Professional Photographers of America, a great professional organization that promotes learning and collaboration.
