Generally, working with YVY was okay, hence the 3 stars. Work quality was good. Professionalism could be worked on. Many times I had to leave the office to travel to pick up materials when I believe the contractor could have simply secured the materials and added the cost to the invoice. The owner was a bit impatient when it came to reviewing and paying invoices. Also, there were delays in completing the project, which cost me money everyday the project is delayed. It showed that this contractor didn’t have a lot of experience but I see room for improvement.

Youssouf did an amazing job. He was extremely professional (even down to proactively taking off his shoes before coming in). I needed an electrician but glad he is also a handyman because I believe it led to him being more precise and thorough.
