Patrice & her husband Dwayne did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. It could only be improved by them doing a little more in the way of moving furniture. I didn't expect beds or dressers, etc. to be moved, but I did expect recliner chairs 7 chair side tables to be moved and the areas to be cleaned. But, they charged just what Patrice estimated which was a reasonable amoun. They didn't waste any time, were professional & courteous. We will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Everything about this company is just great; I needed my carpet cleaned asap and on a last minute noticed they were at my door step. My carpet was very dirty (kicking myself on the head that I didn't take before pictures) but I must admit they did an extraordinary job at a modest price, some people are greedy and think that by charging more they make more, this company definitely debunks that thought. Keep up the great job Patcole Services LLC!👍

Excellent company, I will certainly use them again. Responsive, honest, on time, did thorough job, extremely courteous. I have worked with carpet cleaners who quote low and then charge more or aggressively upsell additional services. Ain't got time for that! This company just does what they say they will do without drama. Very satisfied and my carpets look amazing. Thank you!
