- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our quoted pricing is based upon information provided in the service request. Upon our interview with a client to understand specifically their needs, our rate may be adjusted up or down, and the estimated actual number of required hours/week will be determined. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we charge a flat weekly service rate to include everything it takes to affordably deliver on an ongoing basis what our client requests.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand a new customer's current situation and their desired situation to determine if we can affordably help them move forward toward their business goals. We take full responsibility for our work and like to be able to communicate as necessary with our clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Analytical Management and am an expert in financial, human resources, operations, marketing, and sales management disciplines. I am a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor accountant, and I ensure our talented staff at ExecuTeam are the best for their assigned projects.
