Had a wonderful experience with Footprints Flooring. Kevin came out straight away for a quote, and the team was able to start the following week. Jorge and Kimberly were very sweet and professional, and tackled a complex leveling job extremely well. Highly recommend.

Perfect! I had 3 bedrooms and the living room floors refinished. The guys were professional and sanded up to the edge and into the corners. They finished up early so they waited and put the final coat on so they didn't have to come back the next day, which was great for me. Kevin was very helpful, professional, and friendly and the price was good. I don't think I could have found anyone better!

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job repairing our bathroom floor tile. Overall great experience, estimate was fair and accurate, Kevin explained everything, quick responses on any and all questions and job done efficiently. Should have used this company to begin with but better late than never. Definitely recommend this company and will use them going forward for any and all flooring needs.

We are necessarily the least expensive, however we offer a great service and 1 year guarantee on our installation. We do not just sell the job and walk away. We are hands on project managers as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up (very important!), but most importantly, I listen to the customers needs and offer solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and have taken over 40 hours of hands on flooring installation from a NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association) instructor.
