FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your first lesson with us is absolutely FREE, so there's no risk getting started. At ATL Music Lessons, we charge on a monthly basis after the first free trial lesson. It's the same price each month, regardless of whether that means four or five lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When signing up for your first lesson, you don't need to worry about having anything prepared. It doesn't matter if you're a complete beginner with no experience on your instrument. We'll show up with the all the right stuff to make an assessment of where you are at with your playing. The first lesson is absolutely free, and gives the student a chance to meet the instructor and see if they work well together. You can book your trial lesson right off of our website, or you can give us a call to get the ball rolling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
