- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always transparent. I list all materials used and the price for each.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always message and follow up with a phone call. I believe in meeting my potential customers in person, so I can look them in the eye and shake their hand to ensure trust and honesty. I also like to put my eyes and hands on in person before giving a price so it’s fair for everybody.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in safety obtaining my Osha 30 and have had ladder and chemical training. I have also been to the Sherwin Williams paint school.
