FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is based on square footage and the complexity of the job, But we are always open to hear your needs and what is affordable for you. We understand the tough times were in. We are all ears.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the type of client you are. Clients such as Civil Engineers, Architects, Builders, Contractors and DIYers is fairly a quick process. (1-2weeks) but the example below is for additions/modifications or first time home builders. First step, is to come out to the project to do a consultation, after this first meeting I will take the measurements of the existing conditions to create an As-built 3D model. Time frame - this will take about 1 week. Second step, I will share the model with (you) the Client. Client will review and at this point the client has an idea of what they are looking for, with hand drawings or Pinterest pictures. I will incorporate clients wishes into the model, there will be a lot of back and forth with design as the client visualizes there idea and makes changes. We don't charge for revisions as long as its within means and not total redesign. (One of our competitive advantages) Time frame - as quick as 1 week but, this it strictly dependent on the client and how long they need to review. Third step, this is when we want to have a GC on board to start reviewing and pricing the job. there will be some last min changes in order to meet budgets, once all this is good. GC will submit drawings and permits. Time frame - 1 to 2 weeks
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
