I initially was excited that Kevin responded and came out to assess the problem quickly. He gave me my options and helped me pick the best one. Kevin had an outside person come and do a portion of the job but when it came to the next phase communication pretty much was non existence. I called and messaged several times that went unanswered and not responded to. I had finally spoken with Kevin and made an appointment but he didn't show nor call to say he wasn't. I had to call to find out he wasn't. He then told me we would reschedule and I haven't heard from him since. I was told that over a month ago.
