Sam and his team were amazing! They worked with us through our several requests to reschedule and were patient with us. They picked up our materials and connected us with their distributor for quarter round and also picked those materials up! On the day of the install they arrived on time, took care in moving our stuff and got the basement floor completed in a day! Can’t say enough great things about them!

These guys are really one of the best contractors and floor professionals I have ever worked with in 30 years! They came out on time measured and walked me through a better less expensive option. Then showed up and besides the beautiful new LVP floor that was installed I couldn’t even tell they had been onsite. You will not be disappointed!! Give the a call and they will knock your socks off!!!

We were looking to replace the laminate floors in the main areas of our home & master bedroom w/engineered hardwood. I saw a review on Neighborhood about this company and promptly contacted them. From my first inquiry to installation, the experience was top notch. Very responsive and did a fantastic job…they addressed every question I had, the issue of mildew under the old floor as well as leveling required in several places. We were so impressed, we decided to have them replace the carpets in the secondary bedrooms as well, which they accommodated. They were also flexible enough to pick up materials in Dalton for us at a reasonable cost. The two men have a great rapport so it was like working with family. Absolutely love my new floors & highly recommend them.

Douglas installed a LVP floor for us in our basement today. We are very pleased with the quality of the installation and trim finishes also !! Basements are not always square and flat; he knew exactly what to do to prepare the floor and door trim for a great looking floor. He finished on time and also worked with us to accommodate our requests for how we wanted to trim out the new floor. We will be enjoying this floor and our new room for many years to come. A five star rating from us !! Thanks again.
