- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will negotiate! Both customer and pro should be happy with the price. If we are talking and someone gives you a better quote, let me know and I’ll match it and sometimes beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Agreeing and confirming price and date. Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship. Giving my best estimate on how long the project could take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience (new to the app). I grew up in a “handy” family of construction workers. I learned on the job with them. I started helping friends and family and now do it as a side job.
