- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several discounts and flat rate pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any questions they may have and provide the best customer experience. We always try to respond quickly and are flexible with scheduling. Also if we're hired to come to the customers home, we will never perform any repair without the customers price approval first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in heating and air for 17 years. 8 years installing equipment and 9 years in service. I also went to North Metro tech for hvac training in 2006.
