What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We Do Not charge to come out and assess/estimate the project. Most of the time our bill goes to the homeowners insurance company and the estimates will get approved by the insurance adjuster before repairs begin. We use the same estimating software as the insurance carriers so the estimates are always spot on with the adjusters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a customer will call us in an emergency situation where a flood has occurred. We send a technician there way and walk them through the disaster!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner and CEO Andrew Foray has a bachelors degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. He is also a licensed State Licensed General Contractor and is IICRC Certified for Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Carpet Cleaning.
