Esperanza is one of the best. I have a new kitten that was still afraid of visitors but I needed to be gone for the weekend. She was able to actually pet my kitten and he had never allowed that before. She is so capable and has a unique talent to make pets feel comfortable and happy. You can count on her with no worries.
