Shane from Dr. Pest was professional, personal, and easy to do business with. He took the time to explain the procedure of sealing the place where birds had gained entrance and how to prevent their return. Dr. Pest was reasonably priced compared to other services I looked at.

Shane was awesome. He is fair with his pricing, much more than other companies. He takes the time to explain how things work, even when it isn’t pest related. We ended up signing up for a one year agreement because he was thorough and pleasant to work with. He took care of our bat and now he has us on a treatment plan for rats and mice. I would highly recommend him for any pest job.
