- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard pricing is listed on our website, but prices can increase depending on mileage from our base location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We acquire all info from customer, such as full name, address, email, phone, and type surface unit will be placed on. We then enter all customer's info into our system and a rental confirmation is generated, which is sent to the customer via mobile phone, or email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have employees with Bacholer and Master degrees in Information Technology and Law. The combined training from different sources and avenues has helped us plan and create a company that caters to a broad range of customers.
