We provide high quality, fully insured and warranty services to our customers. Large projects we provide bundled pricing and periodic discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen and understand the customers needs while walking through the spaces they want cleaned/repaired. Provide advice based on my professional experience options/recommendations. Create a proposed estimate, review explaining the work we are and are not able to complete. Schedule completed date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
14+ years in the flooring business, Training certification from a prestigious home services company Premium Service Brands and The Grout Medic. Trained and mentored by grout/tile experts with over 25+ years in the industry
