Hello,
My name is Terry and I’ve been around the home improvement business for most of my adult life. Handy Home GA was created when I made the move from up north to Georgia to be closer to my family. My work history in the house includes complete renovations of baths, kitchens, flooring, tile work or simply hanging a tv on the wall. My days on the roof are done, but I’ll gladly look at anything you have to do. Honesty, integrity of my work and respect of your home are my top priorities. So, let’s get those projects completed today.

Terry was absolutely excellent. I had an assortment of jobs that I needed done and he had complete confidence that he could complete each one. He was friendly and professional the entire time he was in my home. He even discovered I was missing a few items for an install and wasted no time to head to the local store to get just what was needed. He was willing to take the time to discuss other projects I needed help with around the house giving his honest opinion on options and pricing. I will be keeping him on speed dial and using him for all of those future projects. I wholeheartedly recommend him to others in need of a handyman.

I’m so glad that I found Terry. I hired him to assemble a cabinet. He estimated that it would take around 2 hours before he came. It wound up taking 4 hours because there were so many pieces and he ran into a problem that was the manufactures fault. He said I might have to return it to Amazon. After I asked him to please do what you have to do to make it work, he proceeded to do just that. (I did not want to go through that hassle). The cabinet looks great and he did not try to charge me over the price that he quoted. Terry is friendly and professional. I will definitely hire him again and I highly recommend him.

We absolutely LOVED working with Terry! He is a true expert, and he brought our vision for the gym ceiling to life even better than we imagined. From the start, his communication was great—he made sure to gather all the necessary details and measurements before the project began, and he kept us informed every step of the way, from his arrival time to the estimated duration of the job.
Not only was his craftsmanship outstanding, but he was also completely transparent and fair in his pricing—something we hadn’t experienced with past quotes. That level of honesty was very appreciated.
While he was here, Terry even went above and beyond to repurpose leftover boards to add trim to my husband's new office—we appreciated his recommendation of using existing material and saving us money from buying new boards as we had planned.
