Great experience from quote to installation. It's hard to reach me by phone due to my work schedule and Daniela was able to accomodate by texting communications. They came over and brought samples and were clear on what was included in the installation, the quality of carpet, the process to install, etc. Will work with them again if I have a another carpet project.

There are no words that can capture my joy working with this company. Sunday at 6am, I decided to replace the carpet. Two hours later, Daniela called. A few hours after that, she and her husband showed up with samples, took measurements, and sent the quote. And less than 24 hours later, new carpet installed. I mean, 🤯! Not only was my budget and timeline no problem, they treated me like I was their top client. They were kind, patient, and delivered quality work for a great price. I look forward to working with them again and strongly encourage anyone considering this company to work with them. They are knowledgeable, fair, and prompt and won’t lead you astray. Communicate with Daniela was amazing as she was responsive to questions until 11p. I was originally going to source my carpet from a Dalton wholesaler, but she was actually able to beat their prices. She was also patient and understanding when I wanted a carpet pad that they could not obtain, so I ordered it from another source and they installed it with the carpet. They were accommodating to my schedule and arrived promptly on a Saturday for installation. The installers took their time, pulled up the old flooring, swept or vacuumed the subfloor, and then installed the new carpet… They did an amazing job. Daniela stopped by to check on the status during the install and followed up on my satisfaction when the install was complete. This was a great experience from start to finish.
