My parents recently purchased their retirement home and the next day we found out my mom had cancer. The old house was uninhabitable due to a sewage lake while she was in the hospital and we needed to get the new house cleaned within 24 to 48 hours but I live 2 hours away. Not only was this staff punctual but they did a great job, were fast responding and on top of that just genuinely kind which is something that can be rare in today's society. I have added them to my contacts and will definitely use their services in the future when needed. Highly recommended ‼️

My apartment needed a very very deep clean. He did an amazing job and the difference is immediate. We walked through and I showed him what needed to be done and he was up to the task. The bedrooms are immaculate and the bathrooms are perfect. He is a one man cleaning machine. Will have him come back again.

I waited a long time to write this review because I didn’t wanna write anything negative but the more I thought about it the more perturbed I became so here it is. My home is over 4000 ft.² and requires at least two people to be efficient, he arrived alone that was my first red flag. It literally took him 12 hours to clean my house and as much as I wanted it to be perfect it was mediocre. in my opinion there really was no plan. He went from room to room doing a small amount in one room and quickly going to another room without completing the task at hand. He moved things around and didn’t replace them where he found them. For example, items from the bathroom were placed in the laundry room on the shelf and not put back in their place on the bathroom sink . I asked him to clean the baseboard which was supposed to be included. They were not cleaned. I have low window sils and he assumed that the baseboards were the windowsills did not notice that until he left. The kitchen was the most important to me and although he spent much time in there, it really wasn’t cleaned the way I needed it to be cleaned. He sloshed water all over the floors when he mopped, and I had to ask him not to pour so much water on the floor as my floors are hardwood when they dried there was a white residue so I had to redo the floors upstairs. He states cleaned the oven, but when I came the next day I noted it was it not efficiently cleaned, and there were chemicals dried in the base of the oven, which means I had to re-clean it before I cook breakfast . The table and other furniture were not dusted appropriately. I was too tired by the end of the day to do a thorough inspection when I bought things attention during the day while he was cleaning, he said just let me work. You’ll be pleased. I wasn’t.
