They worked fast and efficient for two bathtub/shower combos! Although I wanted a bright white, they offered a standard white at $25 off for each tub and I accepted. After he finished, the tub looked amazing but compared to the toilet and baseboard, it was a bit off. They should provide color charts or samples because if I saw the standard white next to the bright white, I would not have accepted standard white just to save $50. The tubs looks good but Im leaving this review so whoever sees this will know to make sure to get the BRIGHT WHITE! Their IG profile shows the work they've done and the work is really great (that's what sold me) but the white they use for those pictures is definitely not standard white.

Osvaldo has lots of experience and stands by his work. After his first visit the fixed area was still standing out in the bathtub, he came the next day to smooth it out and now bathtub looks flawless like brand new. Thank you again and I will not hesitate to use his services in the future. He is using US made products by Hawk Research Labs (https://www.hawklabs.com), which provide full spectrum from primer to top glaze. The top glaze being Acrylic Urethane based which look like a high quality product which should last for 20+ years. To preserve the bathtub surface it is important to avoid any suction cup mats and chlorine based cleaners. He educated me on the proper maintenance as well. Our prices vary depending on the size and materials used. discount on the base price on the second piece within the same property. (no discount on sanding, stripping and fiberglass repairs)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, the potential client is asked for some photos of the bathtub, shower or countertop that they wish to refinishing, then we send them a quote that may vary depending on whether sanding, stripping or repairing fiberglass is needed. The client, upon accepting the estimated amount, schedules an appointment to do the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience was gained at previous employers.
