Christian at CC Appliance Services came out on the same day we needed our dryer repaired. He was on time, communicated with us before & after the repair, was very kind & professional, explained everything we needed to know & even came back out a 2nd time for a complementary follow up when we had additional concerns. This repairman found that the last repairman unplugged an internal part and plugged it back in, then found the real issue with my appliance and fixed it. Integrity at is finest. He is on my Rolodex as my go-to person from now on!

Christian showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher. For reference, I have a GE dishwasher that required disassembly of the front door just to replace the soap reservoir. Christian was in and out within an hour to complete the job!
