Where should I start? I cannot rave enough about the services we received from Cabb Services. We had a gazebo with the canvas top that had been torn apart by the wind. After replacing the canvas the wind did it again so we decided to go with a metal roof semi permanent gazebo. The problem is most of the gazebos that you purchase from the big box store have to be ordered online and delivered to you. NONE OF THEM offer assembly. I will admit that I am not mechanically inclined and even if I were these things are a pain to assemble and takes several people to assemble. I found Cabb on Thumbtack. I reached out and Cy responded to me almost immediately. We began a phone conversation and after I told him what I needed he gave me some suggestions on types and styles. When my wife and I finally settled on one, we sent him the picture and specifications and he assured us that not only could he handle the job, but he would be more than happy to help us out. He stayed in constant contact with me getting tracking updates from the time I ordered it to the time it arrived. When I called him to let him know that all the pieces had arrived, he scheduled a time to come and came when he said (it was actually the following day and I was amazed that he fit me in so quickly). He and Becca arrived and introduced themselves and went to work. They are extremely personable and so friendly. Like they're not just there to do a job and move on. They really make you feel at ease and assure you that you've made the right choice by hiring them. Here is the kicker and why I say you must consider Cabb Services first. My wife also wanted to replace the patio furniture since we were getting a new gazebo. Like the gazebo, most of the big box stores make you order it online and get it shipped. The furniture was delivered the day Cy came to assemble the gazebo. I asked him if he would assemble that as well and he agreed and only charged us a little more to assemble it. Well worth the cost. More importantly the fact that he was willing to do it instead of telling me to make a separate appointment impressed me and has made me a customer for life! They didn't rush through it even though they had just finished assembling a gazebo. They took their time to assemble it correctly. The quality of their work is superb and I have confidence that because they did it right, we'll get many years of enjoyment out of our gazebo and furniture. Money well spent. If you need something assembled, you MUST call Cy and Cabb Services. I promise you will not be disappointed.
