After working in the food industry for over 20 years I now have a full understanding of what it takes. Marie’s Creole is bringing catering back to the basics. Great food and exceptional care given to each client. We focus on authentic Caribbean Creole dishes with a soulful twist. We have tradition selections such as are famous gumbo or are bourbon salmon. I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to brag about how much I loved everything about working with Marie’s! The customer service and quality of the food was unmatched. I highly recommend including the tasting because she definitely offers a lot more than Caribbean or Creole food, and was very good about working with my vision I had for my event. Finding a reliable caterer was such a taxing process, but I definitely found one in her!
