- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work directly with your insurance carrier to find the most cost effective solution to your issue. When insurance isn't involved we have competitive pricing for all of your needs. We provide fully transparent cost breakdowns so that you know exactly what you're getting - no vague lists with a total you can't discern.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always meet with our clients in person to discuss their issue and walk the home or business. We will provide a very thorough inspection that will either identify exactly what the problem is or next-steps to follow if we cannot. Our inspections are always free and you'll receive an estimate for our services before we start work - unless it is an emergency, of course!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have comprehensive All Dry Training programs. Our technicians are all IICRC certified in a variety of specialties.
