FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing varies per project, depending the complexity and material costs (if we order).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on project complexity, an estimate date will be scheduled to come out and analyze the project. We will draft and send you an estimate (1-3 business days) that will need to be approved. After estimate approval, a Service Agreement and Deposit (if required) will be sent. Once these steps are completed, a start date will be scheduled. Not all services require an on-site estimate. These services can be scheduled at your convenience through our automated scheduler where most pricing is readily available. You can visit the site for more info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained my Bachelors of Arts in Audio Production. I’ve worked with Comcast as a Lead Commercial Technician for the Battery Atlanta and Truist Park and later as an Engineer. I've most recently worked for a global leading television broadcast company as a Broadcast Engineer. Currently, have taken on Jay Stacs Company as full time and aiming to hire more field techs to better accommodate our client base for faster service.
