KD provided excellent quality work at a reasonable price! He remained fully engaged and responsive through the entire process, showed up when he said he would, and completed the work (including deck repair, pressure wash & staining - house, driveway & sidewalk pressure washing) in a timely manner. Very professional number one. He did a magnificent job of removing all of the roof stains that were so unbecoming and even went above and beyond the roof cleaning by getting all of the black stripes off of the gutters. We are very pleased with the overall experience that we highly recommend his service and will be using him again in the future.

Southern Wash Pros came out to pressure wash my garage, driveway, and front walkway for a very affordable price. I recently bought a 22 year old property and it was in need of cleaning, both inside and out. KM explained to me what would clean well, while also telling me areas that would not clean up so well. He was here a couple of hours and did a great job. The driveway cleaned up better than expected and the gross garage floor felt clean. I plan to hire Southern Wash Pros in the near future to soft wash the house and deck.

Southern Wash Pros did a house wash and pressure washed our driveway, sidewalk and patio. He worked with us on scheduling, showed up ahead of time and went right to work. He did a great job getting all the grime, stains and mildew off of everything. He took care in protecting our plants and shrubs. Everything came out looking great. We would highly recommend Southern Wash Pros
