We specialize in mobile personal training and overall health consulting for our clients. We believe that health and fitness is about more than just what you do in the gym, so we provide guidance on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle to help our clients live their best life. We have worked with clients of all ages and experience levels and helped them to achieve their health and fitness goals. Our Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Group Personal Training Specialist designations through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as our CFSC give us the science and technical background needed to help our clients achieve their goals safely and effectively. Our 15+ years of personal experience in weight training, cardiovascular training, speed and agility training and youth coaching give us the experience needed to help our clients enjoy the journey! I look forward to working with you on all of your health and fitness goals!
I love meeting new people and helping them learn to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm a big believer in "everything in moderation" so I love showing my clients that they can stay healthy, but still enjoy their life to the fullest!

DeWitte is the best personal trainer that I have ever had. He is personable, effective and knows his craft. His knowledge of fitness is outstanding and it’s a plus to have him know a lot about nutrition. I only intended to work with him for a few weeks to get ready for a trip…..it’s been a few months now. The results keeps me coming back and I will continue to invest in my health with him. I highly recommend him!

I'm glad I found DeWitte to help me learn more about working out and fitness. I had first some in person sessions and I'm currently using his online app and support.
He is always answering any questions I might have and he checks on me at least once a week about my progress.

Dewitt was an absolutely awesome trainer. He gave me a great workout and nutrition program and adapted it to my preferences.
