We make sure to serve high-quality food and services that will make our clients’ events more memorable and worthwhile.
Our catering engagements require a minimum order of $500; however, this requirement does not apply to our meal prep services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Experience with Rae’s!
Rae’s did an outstanding job catering my friend’s 70th birthday dinner! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. Rae was always prompt and responsive whenever I had questions, which made the planning process smooth and stress-free.
The food arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The meatballs were everyone’s favorite, and the turkey wing had an amazing flavor. Rae also surprised us with complimentary rum cake and juice, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We had a party of 9, and there was so much food left over that we had plenty to enjoy afterward!
Thank you, Rae’s, for helping make my friend’s 70th birthday dinner so special. The delicious food, generous portions, and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Rae’s Int’l Fold Diaries was absolutely phenomenal from beginning to end! The food and service at our wedding completely exceeded our expectations. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to us saying some version of, “Wedding food usually isn’t this good!” Everyone absolutely loved it, and we received so many compliments throughout the night.

Rae provided a wonderful catering experience from start to finish. We booked her a month out from our party, and she was extremely professional, warm, and patient throughout the entire process - even as we were being very particular about what we wanted. She communicated well, helped make the planning easy, and delivered exactly what we hoped for. The food was great, and the set-up and breakdown were handled efficiently, which took a lot of stress off of me. From the beginning, Rae and her team were responsive, professional, and very easy to work with. Communication was great, and you could tell she really cared about making sure everything came together well.

Typically when I have a new customer, I like to get to know basic information about first. I then want to hear their budget and what kind of event they are hosting. I am able to direct my new customers with the information gathered.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion and love for cooking. Over the years my hobby turned into my full time job.
