- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give you a detailed quote, it's best to tell me everything you are requesting. Customers can show pictures as well. Please contact me to set up a consultation, and let's discuss your vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to start a consultation. During this time, I can learn more about the customer's requests, their vision, ideas, and budget to see if we are a good fit for both of us. My goal is to provide services that fit your needs. For example, if the customer comes to me and has done all the planning, they may need help coordinating with vendors on the day of the event. I would not have to do a full event service but assist them in coordinating. We provide this service as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a great deal of knowledge of corporate event planning at a prominent organization. I have over 15 years of event planning experience. I have worked with high-level people, such as presidents, VPs, and staff. I have planned board meetings, dinners, receptions, and workshops. I have also done social events, such as family and friend events and parties. I have an event planning certificate with Correlations, LLC.
