- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base price is strictly time based, we have a 2 hour minimum If the duration of the move goes over the minimum, the our hourly rate starts to apply. The clock does not start until we arrive and does not stop until we have offloaded the very last item or completed the final task. Base service includes a 16-26ft box truck with 2 pro laborers which will provide all safety equipment necessary to safely and efficiently move and transport items(Appliance dollies, floor dollies, protective padding, plastic wrapping, wrapping tape, tool kit, & ratchet straps). Disassemble and reassemble of beds, washers, and dryers are included in base service pricing. TV dismounting is also included however remounting is not included in our moving services. There are no hidden or miscellaneous fees. All service details are based upon the size of the move or task. If an additional laborer is required or requested there will be an additional charge added to the hourly base rate. If a 26ft truck or a second truck is required to complete the task the base hourly rate will be subject to an additional charge. We accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash app, Thumbtack Pay, Square Pay, Chime, Apple Pay, Debit Card and Cash. If the any electronic payment platform is used as the method of payment the final bill will be subject to a 6% tax to cover platform service fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we speak with our customers our onboarding process is very simple. We’ll begin asking questions about the move just to make sure we can actually provide the service they’re looking for. If we’re a perfect fit we’ll send a soft quote to the customers thumbtack account as well as text and email notification which needs to be verified and confirmed before the job is scheduled. Once it’s complete they’ll be logged on our schedule and the customer will receive text alerts as their move approaches as a reminder and estimated time arrival. The line for communication is always open with our clients as we are here to serve and provide top notch service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of experience with residential, commercial, and logistical training. During my time in the industry I have personally logged over 3,000 moves within the state of Georgia. Building a trust worthy network of clients and opportunities my background in customer service and collegiate physical training has molded my brand as a top rated service provider in the area.
