James was very responsive to the initial bid, and we agreed upon an awesome flat rate! Malika was also very helpful regarding communications and payment processing. They are a good team. On the day of the move, there were unforeseen staffing circumstances which caused a substantial delay in the move. However, James and Malika (despite the challenges) were committed to getting the move completed on the agreed upon day, and that mattered tremendously to me. James and Clay arrived and got the items loaded/unloaded efficiently. Clay is so sweet! Outside of the delay, the move went well, and they were very efficient. If you hire them for your move, give them grace should there be any staffing concerns. Thanks James for coming through despite the manner of day you were having prior to completing the move for me. I hope your business does well, and CONGRATULATIONS to you and Malika on becoming parents!
