- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing varies based on accessibility, volume of debris and green waste, scope of work, machinery needed, etc. Expect a higher price if plant material is overgrown, grass is more than 3", or there is limited accessibility to the work site. We provide a top notch product and do not cut corners and our pricing reflects that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to ask a lot of questions up front about expectations, functionality and where the customer would like us to take the landscape. Efficient, clear and concise communication with the customer is our top priority. We understand that is imperative to establish healthy customer relationships in order to bring a landscape to life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Georgia Certified Landscape Professional, NALP, and other professionals in the industry have trained our entire staff!
