We had a number of tasks needed to ready our home for rent. Mike came on time as scheduled and was very polite and professional. He completed the full list of items including installing two ceiling fans, hanging lighting in dining room, repairing bottom rotten cabinet area under sink along with many other projects we needed on our list and some that he saw that we did not think about. I had an emergency where a portion of the front porch wooden concrete steps had broken into several pieces and left a large visible hole that would be easily accessible to rodents, snakes, etc Michael responded and repaired the hole on his off day. He was very professional and polite. He fixed the hole to my satisfaction and will return to complete the job after the holiday weekend. I just needed it repaired prior to traveling out of town for the mother's day. i definitely will use Michael services again.. Thank you Michael!! See the before and after pictures below.
