What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is in packages. But we also include a la cart items as well. Just depends on what you would like captured.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is getting to know our clients i.e., wedding date, aesthetics, what they want filmed, the important things that matter to them. Then we will make sure that we show up and perform the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. I know how to effectively communicate with my clients and I pay really close attention to details.
