Improve by actually doing the work properly. He was to bury the wire 1ft into the ground. My dog playing around in the yard dug the wire out the ground.... revealing in some places it's less than 6 inches deep. I called him to come back out to bury the wire properly.... do not respond to phone calls even after I texted him the pictures. Shoddy work. I have requested that he must come back and bury the wire according to standard.

Contacted Mr Pass about installing recess lighting. We scheduled the appt. with no problems. He arrived and explained the best way to get the job accomplished. Warn me about the cut outs in the sheet rock but I already knew there would be some. 4 lights installed with a dimmer switch in no time. Cleaned up all areas before he left. He has my highest recommendation!
