- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our catering pricing is contingent on the client's event needs and meal selection. When describing your catering needs, please be as descriptive as possible - we offer a wide array of discounts to accommodate our clients. (i.e. "drop-off only", setup needed, guests headcount, servers needed, onsite vs offsite setup, etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I communicate via phone and work through their desired needs in order to agree on a best practice strategy for their event. We consider various variables: budget, event location, menu selection, guest headcount, etc.)
