FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I value time. I respect the client and my team. Based on these factors, I always aim to be fair in my pricing to both parties. I don’t offer discounts and I don’t rip clients off or run with their money. My pricing is fair market value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is usually to schedule an appointment for a walk through and measurement. An accurate scope of work and quote can then be compiled. Options, availability, and other details are usually discussed during the appointment also. If the customer wants to proceed, we go on to put them on the calendar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have purchased and completed the Residential Light-Commercial General Contractor course. Currently awaiting test date. I have also built several new homes, from ground up, including demolition of previous structure. I’ve passed all related inspections with the city and am well versed in the 2021 IRC and 2021 IBC. Also, from previous employment at a nano tech research laboratory, I’m very familiar with electrical and plumbing systems, including hermetic sealing and material science.
