- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always charge $125 for on site design consultations to cover time & travel. My hourly rate is $75 per hour for projects with undeterminable time frames. All of our services are priced by the square footage of the project scope. Please reach out to us through out website to receive a Welcome Brochure of our services & prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the first question I will ask is if the client needs their drawings to be stamped/sealed, especially in the case of certain commercial projects, since I am not able to stamp drawings. If the stamp/seal is not required on the project, then I would proceed to gather more information on the project so that I can put together a proposal for the services needed. Once the proposal has been reviewed and accepted, we'll send out the initial retainer invoice through QuickBooks. When we have been notified of the payment, we'll get the project scheduled for it's initial next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees in art, architecture, construction management and a real estate license. Throughout my career, I've worked in architecture firms that catered to designing hotels for Marriott & Hilton. I've also worked in various construction companies as their executive project manager, overseeing multiple teams on various projects.
