The reviews are correct, Ross is great!! I was considering installing a replacement water heater myself but Ross was 100% professional, insanely fast to respond, ready to go when my heater arrived, and was a way better value price-wise than anyone. THIS guy is what good work/customer service looks like.

Great experience start to finish. Was able to replace water heater same day and followed up with new pressure valve (which we didn’t know was bad) the next day. Value was great as well compared to other options. Will use again.

Let me start by saying that I deal with a lot of plumbers in my work. When we had our personal hot water heater go out at 10 o’clock at night, the people we know personally didn’t answer until the following day had no urgency to help. Ross answered me at 10 o’clock at night and was at my house at 8 o’clock in the morning and replaced everything and disposed of the old tank. Prices were fantastic and Ross is extremely professional. He will be my new go to.

Ross responded to my query in a timely manner and his quote was very reasonable with no surprises. He came on time and left my place clean after the job. Replacing a water heater is not very complex and other contractors can do a similar job and they also responded to my query in a similar fashion. Ross however came across as honest and a good person. Will definitely hire again!
