The reviews are correct, Ross is great!! I was considering installing a replacement water heater myself but Ross was 100% professional, insanely fast to respond, ready to go when my heater arrived, and was a way better value price-wise than anyone. THIS guy is what good work/customer service looks like.

Ross was great. He was able to come install a water heater for me the same day I called him. He arrived in the time window he told me and was very patient with me. Ross answered all the questions I had and he completed the pretty quickly! I would definitely hire him a again or refer him to anyone I know.

Great experience start to finish. Was able to replace water heater same day and followed up with new pressure valve (which we didn’t know was bad) the next day. Value was great as well compared to other options. Will use again.
