We had an excellent experience with Chimney Pro Cleaners! Their responsiveness and professionalism were evident from the start, and they truly went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. During the inspection, they identified some minor issues with our chimney. Being unfamiliar with chimney maintenance, we could have easily been talked into unnecessary repairs. However, they were incredibly honest and transparent, taking the time to explain the issues in detail. They outlined how these might progress over time and reassured us that replacement wouldn’t be necessary for another 2-3 years or until we notice signs of rust. We greatly appreciated their clear communication and integrity—it’s rare to find a company that values trust and customer education as much as they do. We had a great experience. They super professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The cleaning of both the chimney and fireplace was thorough, and they took the time to show us how to light the fireplace safely. The price was great, and we got pictures afterward.
