Max was AMAZING!! He responded very quickly, came same-day, and diagnosed and repaired our problem. He arrived on time and was so pleasant to speak to. He also made recommendations on how to better maintain our dryer. He was transparent, and fair in price. He explained every step of the service and educated us along the way. I still can’t believe our problem happened this morning and now, it’s fixed!!! Manufacturer service partners could NEVER. Thank you so much Max…we know exactly who to call when something goes wrong!
