I am beyond pleased with the outcome of my bathroom project. After engaging a few other companies, Amazing Renovation was the only one that understood my ideas right away without trying to change my vision. It was a total gut job that needed to be rebuilt from the inside out and the team was there to help guide and advise during every step of the process. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service throughout the project. I would definitely recommend and will also be reaching back out at the start of my next project. i had the best experience with Mary, Dan & team. after having some not so great interactions with contractors to renovate my bathroom, i was thoroughly impressed by the responsiveness, punctuality of the team & the quality of work done. they showed up every morning at 8:00 and stayed until they were at a good stopping point and made sure that the work area was super clean before leaving for the day. they were able to get my bathroom done in less than two weeks which was way less time than expected. they double and triple checked to make sure that i was getting exactly what i wanted, and if something wasn’t done the way that i wanted it, they were quick to fix it. i would hire them again in a heartbeat and i can’t wait for my next renovation with them!

Mary and Dan (and their crew) were just what their company says they are - amazing! They were on time every day and finished a two week project (complete renovation of our guest bathroom) two days EARLY! Who does that? They were kind, answered our questions, met us at Fllor and Decor both to disc things and they picked up the materials. So grateful for them…

1. I had them do two bathrooms for me along with two external doors, water damage repair and widen a closet door and add a new type of door. 2. They came out quickly to do an estimate and listened to all my ideas and concerns. They gave suggestions and were flexible. 3. They quickly got me an estimate and we’re flexible in making changes based on our specific needs and budget. 4. They were patient while my husband and I took some time to discuss our options and look at other possible estimates. 5. Their estimate was competitive but it was the positive attitude, responsiveness and flexibility that really sold us. 6. Once we started the project the workers were incredibly punctual, respectful of the space, kind, and amazingly hardworking. 7. I communicated primarily with Mary and she was very responsive and kept me informed of things and was helpful and organized. 8. Dan was also amazing. We had an after hours incident where I thought something was wrong with the water and he came over immediately. It turned out to be a minor issue on my end and I felt terrible but he was kind and helpful. 9. This was the first major project my husband and I have done but I have been around for many major renos and a house build that my parents did - the work these guys did was some of the best we have seen! The guy who did the tiling was incredible. Everyone who has come by has been so impressed with the tiling quality. 10. There were a few minor issues, to be expected with all the work we had done, and they were super prompt in getting everything fixed. 11. I am sure I will have projects in the future and I will absolutely choose to work with Amazing Renovations again. 10/10
