I am so thankful for Alan from Dyer Inspections. He was easy to schedule with and responsive to my texts. He was very professional and also pleasant. He found that we had a faulty GFI in our master bathroom and my husband replaced it. That was a safety hazard we were unaware of. We also didn’t have one in the guest bath which he caught. When inspecting the plumbing he had to move items from under the bathroom sinks and he placed the items back when he was done. He had the inspection reports back to us quickly as promised. I had forgotten to show him the receipt that we had added an extra layer of protection under our one 1 yr old roofing. I emailed that to him and he quickly updated the report with no hesitation. We highly recommend him and his services to anyone needing a 4 point home inspection or a wind mitigation inspection. He even does a Permit History Report for free with his work. That is good to have also. Thanks Alan Dyer. We would definitely do business with you again. *I would have checked all five boxes about what we liked about him if the app would have let us. Instead we could only pick three.

Alan did an amazing job! I told him to be at the home at 10am and he was there at 9:30am. He caught things I wouldn’t have noticed even though it was cosmetic. I recommend going with Dyer Inspections for your home inspection needs!
