- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very specific to the type of session or event. The price on Thumbtack is a mere estimate of the total amount and can change depending on the location and the total hours shooting. Each booking requires a deposit to reserve your date. All estimates are final and there are no hidden fees whatsoever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every experience with a client is unique to me, I'd like to know about their specific needs before starting the project so I can tailor to their exact needs. During the shoot, I am ready for any changes during that occur. After the shoot has completed: I send them the final product for approval. And lastly: feedback is an important part of my work as I continuously improve my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 Years ago, I started photographing the cities and culture in Western Europe. I like to add that creativity and knowledge that I learned in Europe and apply it to all my portrait and event clients throughout the States.
